Messi's three demands to secure new deal agreed by Barcelona

Barcelona have secured Lionel Messi's
commitment to an incipient deal thanks to three
concurred clauses.
Sport verbally expresses Barca president Josep Maria
Bartomeu rolled over in negotiations as he
recognises the desideratum for club to maintain their
star man.
The first option is an incipient signing-on bonus
which matches what Neymar was handed when
he arrived from Santos .
Secondly, Barca will pay Messi's outstanding
tax bill owed to local regime ascendant entities.
And determinately, the incipient deal will run to 2021 and
make Messi the highest paid player in Europe -
€30 million-a-year..
